Free Shipping Australia-Wide
We offer free shipping on all orders over $150. Orders under $150 incur a flat-rate shipping fee of $15.
How We Ship
At Audio Influence, we aim to deliver your order quickly and reliably. Depending on product availability, your items may be shipped from:
- Our Fitzroy North store;
- Supplier warehouses located across Australia.
Because of this, your order may arrive in multiple deliveries. If it does, we’ll email you separate tracking numbers so you can follow each shipment.
Delivery Timeframes
While delivery times can vary by courier and location, the following estimates are a useful guide:
- East Coast (VIC, NSW, ACT, QLD): 2–5 working days
- West Coast (WA): 10–14 working days
- Regional & Remote Areas: May require additional time depending on accessibility
Please note that delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link (or multiple links if your order is split). You can use these details to monitor your delivery in real time.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains products shipping from different warehouse locations, they may be packed and sent separately. Each parcel will have its own tracking number. There are no additional shipping fees for split deliveries.
Delivery Issues or Delays
Unexpected courier delays, public holidays, or supply conditions may impact delivery times. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we’ll investigate with the courier on your behalf.
