Instructions for use in combination with a Knosti Disco Antistat:

Preparation:
Make sure you work in a clean and dust-free environment.
Wash your hands or wear vinyl gloves to avoid leaving fingerprints on the records.

Remove dust:
Gently wipe dust and dirt from the vinyl record with a soft brush to avoid scratches. See also the Ludic brushes range.

Prepare the Knosti Disco-Antistat:
Fill the Knosti bath with the Ludic Virtuoso Vinyl Record Cleaner.

Cleaning:
Carefully place the dirty vinyl record into the Knosti bath, with the grooves facing down. Rotate the plate slowly clockwise for about 10 to 15 revolutions. Soak the plate in the liquid for a few seconds.

To dry:
Carefully remove the plate from the liquid and allow excess liquid to drip off.

Place the cleaned record upright in a record rack or on a clean, dust-free surface to dry. Depending on the humidity, this may take some time.

Repeat if necessary:
Repeat the above steps for each vinyl record you want to clean.

Storage:
Store your clean vinyl records in anti-static inner sleeves and store them upright in a dust-free environment. See also the range of Ludic anti-static inner covers.

To use the Ludic Virtuoso Record cleaner with an automatic record cleaning machine, you can follow these general steps:

Gather your supplies:
– record cleaning machine
– Ludic Virtuoso Record cleaner
– Clean and dry microfibre cleaning cloths
– Record brush
– 12-inch or 7-inch vinyl records that need cleaning

Set up your record cleaning machine:
Place the record machine on a stable and flat surface.
Ensure the machine is plugged in and turned on.
Prepare the record:

Inspect the vinyl record for any visible debris or dust. You can use a record brush to gently remove loose particles.
Apply the Virtuoso Vinyl Record Cleaner:

Open the bottle of Ludic Virtuoso Vinyl Record Cleaner.
Depending on the cleaner’s instructions, either apply a few drops directly onto the record surface of your record cleaning machine.

Cleaning process:
Place the vinyl record onto the turntable of the record cleaning machine.
Turn on the machine, and it will rotate the record while the cleaning brush distributes the cleaner evenly across the surface.

Vacuum the cleaner:
Record cleaning machines typically have a built-in vacuum system to remove the cleaning solution and debris. Ensure the vacuum arm is properly positioned and turn on the vacuum function.

Repeat if necessary:
For heavily soiled records, you may need to repeat the cleaning process, but we think our cleaning fluid does it at one time. You can also use the Ludic Mighty pre-treatment for heavily soiled records.

Inspect and dry:
After cleaning, remove the record from the turntable.
Examine the surface to ensure it’s clean. If there are any remaining spots, you can use a clean, dry microfibre cloth to gently wipe the record surface.

Store your clean record:
Place the clean, dry record back into its protective sleeve and store it upright in your collection.

Remember to follow the specific instructions provided by the Virtuoso Vinyl Record Cleaner and your record cleaning machine’s user manual for the best results.

Regularly cleaning your vinyl records will help maintain their quality and longevity.
